Major changes to the home selling process became law in England and Wales in June 2007. Thereafter, anyone planning to sell their home needs to prepare a Home Information Pack (HIP).
Central to this change is the requirement for each HIP to contain a ‘home condition report’ detailing, amongst other things, the state of the services within the premises. This could include a report on the properties electrical installations.
We are also commercial and industrial electricians based in Wolverhampton who carry out testing within industry and the workplace. This includes, but is not limited to quality assurance tests on electrical components, diagnostic testing, fault finding on electrical plant, routine safety checks, and PAT testing.
